- Develop strategic marketing plans for the fragrance franchise.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of products, including formula, packaging, pricing, and profitability, while liaising with various departments such as laboratories, technical development, purchasing, and financial control.
- Ensure the development and consistency of 360-degree elements supporting product launches, including point-of-sale materials, training, communication, digital, and consumer experience.
- Identify development opportunities by analyzing the performance of product lines, competitors, and market trends.
- Proactively manage and monitor the allocated budget for the department.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in business or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international marketing development within the fragrance industry.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong passion for fragrance and beauty industries, with a keen eye for emerging trends across beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
- Conceptual and creative thinking with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Analytical and synthetic mindset with comprehensive market and competitive knowledge.
- Organized, committed, rigorous, perseverant, pragmatic, and enthusiastic.
- Strong team spirit with the ability to unite and persuade others.
A minimum of 3 years in international marketing development within the fragrance sector is required.
Master's degree in business or equivalent from a reputable institution.
The position offers a hybrid working model with up to two days of remote work per week, starting in July 2025.
