- Assist Product Managers in implementing marketing strategies for Kenzo and Givenchy Parfums.
- Participate in the launch of new products and support the existing catalog.
- Create tools for product introduction in stores, including training sheets and sales materials.
- Organize sales meetings, including logistics and team motivation activities.
- Develop merchandising tools, ensuring perfect execution and cost monitoring.
- Manage supplier briefings and oversee project execution from briefing to store implementation.
- Conduct store visits to ensure quality execution of merchandising strategies.
- Perform monthly sales analysis and contribute to sell-out and trade activity reports.
- Summarize competitor best practices and prepare 360° action plans for strategic launches.
- Graduate-level education in business and marketing.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Personal affinity with Kenzo and Givenchy; experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
- Strong analytical and synthesis mindset.
- Creative and innovative with attention to detail.
- Team player with customer and relationship focus.
- Results-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
- Curious, autonomous, flexible, and proactive.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, though familiarity with the beauty industry is beneficial.
