1. Oversee packaging operations to ensure product availability in compliance with Safety, Quality, Cost, and timeline standards.
2. Drive continuous performance improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence in the packaging workshop.
3. Ensure product quality by adhering to GMP standards, regulatory requirements, and hygiene procedures.
4. Manage a team of 35 operators and an assistant, including team organization, personnel development, and performance evaluation.
5. Ensure production schedule adherence in collaboration with the planning department.
6. Lead the workshop's progress initiatives by managing daily performance indicators and continuous improvement projects (5S, TPM, SMED, zero defects, etc.).
7. Participate in the budget management of the production unit, including budget preparation, investment planning, and cost standard establishment.
8. Ensure compliance with environmental guidelines and hygiene and safety regulations.
