LVMH Fragrance Brands Operational Quality Engineer - New Products

- Ensure the quality of new products throughout the development process by integrating quality standards from the design phase.
- Develop and validate technical specifications and control plans for finished products and packaging.
- Participate in design and feasibility reviews to ensure quality requirements are integrated from the outset.
- Coordinate and conduct production trials, analyze results, and define necessary adjustments.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to validate the quality of components and subcontracted finished products.
- Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
- Experienced quality engineer or equivalent with a successful initial experience, ideally in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 22716) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Ability to analyze and solve quality issues with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Organizational skills and project management proficiency, with strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, 8D, 5M).
- Knowledge of packaging is a plus.
- Ability to participate in meetings in English and discuss technical topics with suppliers.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
