- Develop and implement local launch strategies for Givenchy and Kenzo within the Travel Retail Europe & Africa sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize investment plans and adapt global strategies to local markets.
- Conduct monthly market analysis to optimize launch performance and align operational strategies.
- Organize and prepare forecast meetings for new product launches, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and adjustment plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, budget expenditures, and promotional offers.
- Contribute to the overall performance of Travel Retail EURAF by managing forecasts and budgets for new POSM and GWP.
- Motivate and lead the TRE team through effective communication tools and impactful presentations.
- Manage and mentor the brand team intern, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational marketing, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical and organizational skills with a focus on project management.
- Fluency in English.

Flexible working arrangements with up to 2 days of remote work per week.
