- Define marketing strategy and priorities for dedicated countries in collaboration with Zone Managers and under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
- Manage A&P investments and challenge distributors to ensure optimal marketing plans for their countries.
- Participate in developing differentiation plans for key retailers.
- Orchestrate 360° plans, define trade marketing strategy, update visual merchandising plans, and oversee media plan deployment.
- Ensure execution excellence of brand guidelines and adapt them to local specifics.
- Validate all operational marketing touchpoints.
- Provide analyses and participate in strategy definition for new product launches and associated POSM.
- Develop guidelines, consolidate forecasts, and challenge markets to optimize forecasts.
- Actively participate in business reviews and marketing presentations to retailers during market visits, TFWA, and agent marketing conventions.
- Contribute to the preparation of seminar presentations and new launch kick-offs.
- Lead structural and ad-hoc projects such as seminar organization and counter openings with the support of the Marketing Manager.
- Provide operational support to ensure the success of both brands and respond promptly to ad hoc requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent university education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operational Marketing or Business Development.
- Knowledge of market operations with experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Retail being advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong trade marketing, digital, and visual merchandising acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical tools.
- Expertise in data analysis and results-oriented strategic thinking.
- Ability to anticipate and seize business opportunities.
- Leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects and motivate teams.
- Organizational rigor and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Agility, pragmatism, and optimism.
- Willingness to travel.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent university education.
The position offers a hybrid working model with up to two days of remote work per week.
