1. Assist the Non-Production Purchasing Group Leader in various purchasing activities.
2. Participate in negotiations for purchasing projects across different domains such as General Expenses, Marketing, and Industrial Sites.
3. Update supplier books and assist in the implementation of a catalog for factory purchases to consolidate expenses.
4. Analyze suppliers whose expenditures do not follow a purchase order flow.
5. Support the team in enhancing procedures.
6. Assist in data analysis and preparation of prerequisite documents for supplier collaboration.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Purchasing, at least at the Bac+4 level.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to propose solutions.
4. Excellent organizational and dynamic work approach.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
7. Curiosity and proactivity.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Purchasing, at least at Bac+4 level.
