1. Manage non-production purchasing, including negotiation, processes, and contracts for identified segments in alignment with the global purchasing strategy.
2. Propose supplier selections to internal clients and launch, analyze, and negotiate tenders based on quality, deadlines, price, and optimization criteria.
3. Collaborate closely with the legal department to optimize purchasing contracts.
4. Recommend suppliers to internal clients, ensuring adherence to processes.
5. Oversee supplier contracts, including their attribution, key performance indicators, and updates or re-tendering.

1. Degree in Engineering or Business School, ideally supplemented by a Master's in Purchasing.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the luxury fragrance and cosmetics sector.

1. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external supply chain stakeholders.
2. Rigorous, dynamic, autonomous with a keen sense of anticipation and analytical thinking.
3. Customer service orientation and team spirit.
4. Proficient in negotiation techniques.
5. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the luxury fragrance and cosmetics industry.

Degree in Engineering or Business School, ideally with a Master's in Purchasing.
