- Develop the media strategy for France in alignment with the annual marketing plan.
- Manage, optimize, and ensure the tracking of the media budget.
- Create differentiation plans for on and offline retailers in collaboration with key account managers.
- Lead the retail media strategy, including budget management and campaign execution.
- Oversee media strategy implementation in collaboration with the media agency.
- Prepare and execute campaigns from briefing to reporting.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Analyze performance and conduct campaign evaluations.
- Ensure operational excellence with innovative approaches in all communications.
- Monitor and track media performance monthly.
- Present and share media plans with HQ and the French subsidiary.
- Collaborate on digital and influencer activations with the PR and Influence team.
- Work with HQ media and digital experts to enhance media expertise and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and partners.
- Co-manage an intern with a project partner.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or digital specialization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media, both offline and online, within the luxury sector at an advertiser or agency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong affinity for the luxury, fragrance, cosmetics, and fashion industries.
- Project management skills: precision, organization, responsiveness, and dynamism.
- Communication skills: interpersonal ease, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Creative mindset: curiosity and innovation.
- Numerical aptitude: analytical and synthesis skills.
Minimum of 3 years in media, both offline and online, within the luxury sector at an advertiser or agency.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or digital specialization.
Hybrid work model with up to 2 days of remote work per week.
