- Contribute to the development of performance reports for media campaigns using internal data collection platforms.
- Consolidate and analyze local campaign results, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Manage the construction, deployment, monitoring, and reporting of HQ-led social media campaigns.
- Conduct advertising monitoring and identify potential advertising networks.
- Engage actively with media environment stakeholders, including agencies and external partners.
- Analyze local campaign results in the fragrance sector, providing markets with insights for optimization.
- Manage and update the influencer registry, assisting markets in selecting new influencer profiles.
- Support the drafting of campaign guidelines for markets and influencers.
- Perform daily social media monitoring to identify organic influencer content on Instagram and TikTok.
- Demonstrates strong rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Recognized for proactivity, curiosity, dynamism, and professionalism.
- Passionate about digital and new technologies.
- Previous experience in media and/or influence sectors is highly recommended.
- Experience in cosmetics and/or luxury is appreciated.
- Sensitivity to the cosmetics industry is essential.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills for performance reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital media.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
Entry-level position with a preference for candidates with prior experience in media or influence sectors.
Compensation ranges from €1,100 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
The position offers 6 paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and potential recommendations for internal job applications. Interns may also be selected for the International Program, GLOW.
