LVMH Fragrance Brands Master Data Manager

- Provide technical and functional expertise in master data management, ensuring data quality and processing methods align with interfacing services, particularly through SAP modules MM, PP, WM, QM & SD.
- Act as a Key User for Master Data in the PLM tool project.
- Define and enhance business processes for master data management.
- Ensure the integrity and improvement of data within the ERP (SAP).
- Identify organizational, functional, and communicational gaps and impacts.
- Maintain and update documentation and conduct training for business units.
- Develop and execute data integrity controls, ensuring data completeness and quality, and implement necessary corrections in collaboration with partner services.
- Coordinate resources within the domain, leading working groups and aligning project progress with dynamic objectives.
- Engage in studies and projects for the evolution of management and reporting systems (SAP, BI, etc.).
- Deploy innovative solutions and participate in structuring MDM projects at the entity and LVMH P&C Branch level (RPA, PLM, Power BI, Regulatory Data Security).
- Oversee the administration of the article database, ensuring reference creation, data maintenance, and support for various departments (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance).
- Manage a team and engage in cross-functional topics related to processes or product data.
- Bachelor's degree +5 (business or engineering school).
- Over 5 years of experience in data management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and information systems, particularly SAP.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate exchanges among diverse stakeholders and adapt to various situations.
- Pedagogical skills to support organizational change.
- Autonomy and challenge-solving capabilities.
Minimum of 5 years in data management, with involvement in deployment projects such as PIM, SAP.
Bachelor's degree +5 (business or engineering school).
