LVMH Fragrance Brands Marketing Intern

- Assist in the operational implementation of the Givenchy Fragrance marketing plan for the UK and Ireland, including product and POSM orders, instore and retailer events, GWP and sample repacks, new store openings, promotional site requirements, raising POs, and bi-monthly budget reconciliation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the field and sales team on all operational elements, liaising with Sales and Training departments.
- Follow up on various trade requests in line with the trade marketing plan.
- Develop and produce retailer-specific marketing material in accordance with Product Manager’s guidelines and budget.
- Conduct two store visits per month and regularly update the monthly tracker with key competitor activations.
- Perform NPD market analysis on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
- Coordinate timely reporting on new launches, collaborating with internal departments to share detailed performance and activation updates with HQ.
- Share weekly updates with the Marketing team on new assets and launch materials.
- Create retail communications to share with internal teams two weeks prior to new launches.
- Compile quarterly sales presentations.
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department.
- Assist with internal and external marketing presentations.
- University degree
- Fluency in English
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Previous experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in luxury goods in the retail industry and/or FMCG. Beginner level experience is acceptable.
University degree required.
