- Conduct weekly and monthly analyses and reports.
- Perform monthly competitive intelligence on product launches and activations.
- Assist in monthly sales forecasts, including file creation, presentations, and launch recommendations.
- Update and consolidate launch reports.
- Complete various analyses based on current events, such as budget revisions.
- Contribute to the completion of the Book Enseigne with category information (France market only).
- Aid in the creation of 2025 plan presentations and manage mock-ups, maintaining communication with headquarters teams.
- Develop and provide tools for sales teams.
- Update monthly catalogues for 2025.
- Complete and update various launch tracking files for 2025, including calendars, marketing books, and IN&OUT lists.
- Participate in the development of 360° launch plans.
- Draft and distribute monthly internal newsletters on brand performance, news, and key information.
- Organize internal or point-of-sale events for product launches.
- Update the marketing plan.
- Support managers in tracking category projects.
- Enrollment in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) at a business school or equivalent university.
- Previous successful experience in project management.
- Interest in the luxury sector, particularly in perfumes and cosmetics.
- Affinity for numbers and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and a strong team spirit.
- Recognized for rigor, organization, responsiveness, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Entry-level experience in project management is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
