LVMH Fragrance Brands Logistics Project Manager

- Serve as the primary liaison between LVMH Fragrance Brands and the logistics provider, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as AEO and ISO 14001.
- Oversee the operational management of logistics activities, including SAP/WMS system interfaces, data consistency, and inventory supervision.
- Analyze stock rotations and propose optimization actions, while developing and monitoring logistics reporting and performance indicators.
- Facilitate seamless communication with the logistics provider, preparing and leading regular performance reviews and strategic meetings.
- Lead logistics project management, including benchmarking best practices, tracking industry innovations, and piloting e-commerce deployment for Parfums Givenchy.
- Mentor and guide an intern, sharing logistics expertise and skills.
- Degree from an engineering or business school (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a logistics role, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury sector.
- Proficiency in logistics information systems (WMS, TMS, etc.) and ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Systematic and methodical approach with a focus on results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead meetings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A minimum of 3 years in a logistics function, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury industry.
Degree from an engineering or business school (Bac +5).
