1. Conduct product analyses by applying laboratory methods.
2. Organize workload to meet defined control deadlines.
3. Interpret results and verify product specifications.
4. Input results and make lot usage decisions in SAP.
5. Participate in equipment management and reagent handling.
6. Perform re-controls, shelf-life extensions, and destruction requests for batches.
7. Initiate investigations and evaluate non-conformities with stakeholders.
8. Create deviations and propose corrective and improvement plans.
9. Manage supplier claims for non-conforming materials.
10. Create and review batch files and manage laboratory documentation.
11. Oversee sample library and external laboratory dispatches for surveillance.
12. Participate in staff training for quality control procedures.
13. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
14. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and method validation.

1. Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Color Science, Biochemistry).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetics or food industry preferred.
3. Expertise in physico-chemical, organoleptic, colorimetric, and olfactory skills.
4. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Technical English proficiency.
6. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716) is advantageous.
