- Conduct product analyses by applying laboratory methods.
- Organize workload to meet defined control deadlines.
- Interpret results and verify product specifications.
- Input results and make lot usage decisions in SAP.
- Participate in equipment management and reagent handling.
- Perform re-controls, shelf-life extensions, and destruction requests for batches.
- Initiate investigations and evaluate non-conformities with stakeholders.
- Create deviations and propose corrective and improvement plans.
- Manage supplier claims for non-conforming materials.
- Create and review batch files and manage laboratory documentation.
- Oversee sample library and external laboratory dispatches for surveillance.
- Participate in staff training for quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and method validation.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Color Science, Biochemistry).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetics or food industry preferred.
- Expertise in physico-chemical, organoleptic, colorimetric, and olfactory skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical English proficiency.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and procedures.
- Attention to detail and adherence to laboratory methods.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental protocols.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics or food industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, or Color Science.
