1. Conduct product analyses by applying laboratory methods and organize work to meet defined control deadlines.
2. Interpret results and verify product specifications.
3. Input results and make decisions on lot usage within SAP.
4. Participate in equipment management and manage reagents at the workstation.
5. Perform re-controls, shelf-life extensions, and requests for destruction of bulk, raw materials, and concentrates.
6. Initiate investigations, create 5M analyses, evaluate criticality, and determine causes of non-conformities in collaboration with stakeholders.
7. Create deviations and derogations and propose curative, corrective, and improvement action plans.
8. Manage supplier complaints in case of raw material non-conformities.
9. Create and review batch records and participate in laboratory document management.
10. Manage the sample library related to controlled lots and manufacturing.
11. Oversee the renewal of samples (raw materials, bulk, finished powders).
12. Handle shipments to external laboratories for surveillance plans and additional analyses.
13. Participate in the training and qualification of manufacturing personnel for self-controls within the quality perimeter.
14. Train and qualify new laboratory arrivals.
15. Adhere to safety rules at the workstation and be knowledgeable about product-related hazards.
16. Alert in case of incidents or near misses.
17. Participate and lead actions defined in the service roadmap.
18. Contribute to the development and validation of new analysis methods.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, colorimetry, or biochemistry.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetics or food industry preferred.
3. Expertise in physico-chemical, organoleptic, colorimetric, and olfactory skills.
4. Proficiency in technical English and SAP.
5. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716) is appreciated.

4. Adherence to laboratory procedures and methods.
5. Understanding and application of safety and environmental guidelines.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetics or food industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific field.
