LVMH Key Account Coordinator

- Update and maintain the Sell-Out tracker for each retailer weekly.
- Request and analyze trade reports from retailers and field teams to identify performance issues.
- Provide monthly analysis for corporate reports, including retailer rankings and trade marketing activities.
- Track and analyze sell-through, stock holding, and launch performance, offering business-driving suggestions.
- Update and distribute the Daily Gross Sales report.
- Provide weekly best-seller and stock level reports to retailers.
- Validate incoming orders in line with launch allocations and stock availability.
- Ensure smooth supply-chain processes and support order management.
- Monitor logistics calendar, including invoicing dates.
- Place internal sample orders monthly for specific retailers.
- Provide sell-in vs. target and sell-through analyses for launches.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and site visits.
- Monitor and maintain P&L, updating internal trackers.
- Complete and manage New Line Forms and other retailer documentation.
- Administer information exchange with retailers regarding stock and promotions.
- Set up Purchase Orders and ensure budget compliance.
- Review and approve underpayments, attending meetings to resolve invoice issues.
- Record and file funding confirmations for promotional activities.
- Raise RGA’s for approved stock collections.
- Manage account creation and closure updates.
- Conduct weekly competitor analysis.
