1. Analyze and control financial data to support decision-making and management.
2. Continuously monitor business performance, including sales and profit and loss statements.
3. Understand and manage local commercial conditions and expenses.
4. Alert management to potential market changes or deviations from plans.
5. Coach and develop local financial controllers.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations.
7. Collaborate with local teams on market assumptions and P&L construction.
8. Propose investment plans and corrective actions to enhance growth and profitability.
9. Serve as a key liaison with headquarters, providing financial insights for strategic decisions.
10. Analyze product profitability, marketing ROI, and operational efficiency.

1. Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's level or equivalent).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control or related field.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance.
4. Proven track record of reliability, rigor, and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work independently and propose strategic solutions.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

A minimum of five years of confirmed experience in financial control, with a solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.

Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

Hybrid work model with up to two days of remote work per week.
