1. Immerse in the luxury management domain, supporting Retail & Training at the intersection of brand, counter, and field operations.
2. Assist the Retail Operations Manager in daily business activities and communication with nationwide teams across Germany.
3. Participate in creative training projects, from organizing to implementing digital and in-person training formats, including the award-winning Learning App.
4. Take responsibility for reporting, analysis, and KPI evaluations, providing insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic actions.
5. Contribute ideas and grow within the role, with opportunities to think creatively, design, and experiment.

1. Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field of study.
2. Initial practical experience, preferably in marketing, retail, or training.

1. Strong communication skills and structured thinking.
2. A good sense for numbers and analytical capabilities.
3. Creativity and attention to detail in creating engaging presentations.
4. Proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
5. Ability to work independently, with organizational skills and team spirit.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with initial practical experience in marketing, retail, or training.
