- Manage the LinkedIn page, including content creation in French and English, and engage with the network of 'LinkedIn internal influencers'.
- Contribute to the internal and external deployment of the employer brand 'Beauty needs entrepreneurs'.
- Create content such as video rushes and photos for internal and external use.
- Participate in external communication strategy and define the editorial plan.
- Animate the intranet by writing and publishing content, managing the publication calendar, and promoting the tool internally.
- Create impactful communications to enhance engagement and participation, including training invitations and dynamic visuals.
- Implement a newsletter dedicated to training and development actions for worldwide employees.
- Enhance the completion of mandatory training through targeted campaigns on the LMS.
- Support project management for the annual training program and ad-hoc training sessions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing internal events with the HR Development team, including D&I roadmap, Career Cafés, Leadership Talks, and cross-brand events.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Communication, ideally with a specialization in internal communication.
- Previous experience in a large corporation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Canva; Adobe Suite proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills, team spirit, and project management capabilities.
- Creativity, proactivity, and organizational skills.
- A keen interest in the luxury sector, particularly in Beauty.
Entry-level experience, ideally with some exposure to a large corporate environment.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Communication.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
