- Develop and implement 360° influence strategies across fragrance, makeup, and skincare with compelling storytelling.
- Identify distinctive profiles such as content creators, emerging talents, and digital celebrities aligned with the Givenchy universe.
- Manage campaigns including briefs, negotiations, activations, and reporting.
- Coordinate with local markets and agencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure visual and editorial consistency of content in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the production of exclusive content in collaboration with influencers and markets.
- Contribute to social media amplification strategy through reposts, paid promotions, and innovative formats.
- Centralize and analyze campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, and EMV in collaboration with local markets.
- Conduct regular sector and competitive monitoring.
- Support long-term influence development with creative recommendations to enhance brand presence in a constantly evolving social ecosystem.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in influence project management or digital communication, ideally within beauty, luxury, or fashion sectors.
- Expertise in influence marketing strategy and operational application, including influencer relations.
- Proficiency in international social media ecosystems; familiarity with Chinese digital and social media landscapes is advantageous.
- Strong product and aesthetic sensitivity with a passion for social-first content.
- Proficiency in online awareness, engagement, and conversion levers.
- Mastery of social media and influence marketing KPIs.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Digital expertise and mastery of international social media ecosystems.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and measurement tools (Traackr, Tribe, Campaygn, Dash Hudson, Launchmetrics).
- Strong organizational, creative, and autonomous work ethic with a team spirit and intellectual curiosity.
- Project management in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
Minimum of 4 years in influence project management or digital communication within beauty, luxury, or fashion industries.
The position offers a hybrid working model with up to two days of remote work per week, starting in July 2025.
