1. Lead and implement HR policies for Givenchy and Kenzo within the perfumes and cosmetics sector.
2. Act as a strategic HR business partner, advising managers and providing operational HR expertise.
3. Oversee sourcing and recruitment, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and LVMH values.
4. Support department directors in defining efficient organizational structures.
5. Manage the RISE performance management process and individual salary reviews.
6. Facilitate talent development and career mobility within the organization.
7. Contribute to the Talent Review process and support team development plans.
8. Oversee compensation and benefits, including salary budgets and new hire packages.

1. 7-8 years of experience in a generalist HR role or talent acquisition.
2. Proven business partner acumen with problem-solving orientation.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
4. Strong analytical and communication skills.
5. Fluency in English and a digital-savvy mindset.
