1. Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings with employee representative bodies and negotiations with representative trade unions.
2. Ensure proper organization and follow-up of these meetings, including action tracking, agreement filing, and communication updates.
3. Draft company and establishment agreement projects.
4. Consolidate HR dashboards and social climate indicators, including social balance sheets and equality indexes.
5. Conduct social studies and analyses, including legislative framework studies and benchmarking.
6. Participate in HR project management, negotiations, and consultation procedures.
7. Engage in CSR, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives.
8. Advise the HR community on collective and individual labor law.
9. Create and maintain a legal watch on social law, analyzing legislative projects and jurisprudence impacts.
10. Participate in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and manager meetings.
11. Monitor internships and apprenticeships, including mid-term evaluations.
12. Develop school relations and organize and animate forums.
