- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings with employee representative bodies and negotiations with representative trade unions.
- Ensure proper organization and follow-up of these meetings, including action tracking, agreement filing, and communication updates.
- Draft company and establishment agreement projects.
- Consolidate HR dashboards and social climate indicators, including social balance sheets and equality indexes.
- Conduct social studies and analyses, including legislative framework studies and benchmarking.
- Participate in HR project management, negotiations, and consultation procedures.
- Engage in CSR, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Advise the HR community on collective and individual labor law.
- Create and maintain a legal watch on social law, analyzing legislative projects and jurisprudence impacts.
- Participate in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and manager meetings.
- Monitor internships and apprenticeships, including mid-term evaluations.
- Develop school relations and organize and animate forums.
- Interest in human resources and social development.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
