1. Oversee onboarding processes including welcome emails, account creation, and preparation of welcome kits.
2. Manage registrations for integration training sessions such as factory visits and product training.
3. Contribute to the deployment of the training plan by managing registrations in the HRIS.
4. Coordinate training sessions, including venue booking and catering arrangements.
5. Monitor mandatory training compliance via the LMS and propose corrective actions as needed.
6. Analyze training feedback and share results with stakeholders.
7. Assist in preparing reports for the Group and House social balance sheet.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in office software tools.
4. Curiosity, dynamism, and proactivity.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's degree in progress in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from €1,100 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.

Includes six paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and potential for internal recommendations and participation in the International Program, GLOW.
