- Define and implement the marketing strategy for Kenzo Parfums in France under the guidance of the Marketing Director for France.
- Manage and develop a team of two collaborators.
- Establish the operational marketing strategy and manage the product portfolio for Kenzo in France.
- Adapt corporate plans with recommendations on scheduling and assortments to meet local needs.
- Participate in three-year plan exercises in close collaboration with the corporate team.
- Monitor forecasts for new products and identify specific SKU requests for France.
- Manage the catalogue and oversee merchandising assortments.
- Track leftovers and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct budgeting and analyses, including market share and revenue objectives to ensure brand profitability.
- Participate in the construction of the annual budget and bi-annual budget presentations.
- Perform weekly budget tracking and launch performance analysis, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop profitability analyses and conduct quantitative and qualitative pricing and competitive analyses.
- Define and present 360-degree marketing plans by axis and retailer in collaboration with KAMs, Retail, E-Retail, Media, and Training.
- Ensure operational excellence in trade marketing plan implementation by retailer.
- Collaborate with Merchandising for local POS materials.
- Participate in the construction of commercial tours and present plenary sessions.
- Oversee the development and tracking of sales presentation tools such as kits, arguments, and tour books.
- Develop additional tools and/or corrective actions such as local sell-out development kits and incentives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Bac + 5 equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the selective fragrance and/or beauty market
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in trade marketing or category management
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Creative mindset
- Client and results-oriented approach
Minimum of 5 years in the selective fragrance and/or beauty market, with experience in trade marketing or category management.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Bac + 5 equivalent)
Hybrid working model with up to 2 days of remote work per week.
