LVMH Fragrance Marketing Intern

- Assist in the operational implementation of the Givenchy Fragrance marketing plan for the UK and Ireland, including product and POSM orders, instore and retailer events, GWP and sample repacks, new store openings, promotional site requirements, raising POs, and bi-monthly budget reconciliation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the field and sales team on all operational elements, liaising with Sales and Training departments to address day-to-day needs.
- Develop and produce retailer-specific marketing materials in accordance with Product Manager’s guidelines and budget.
- Conduct two store visits per month and regularly update the monthly tracker with key competitor activations.
- Perform NPD market analysis on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
- Coordinate timely reporting on new launches, collaborating with internal departments to share detailed performance and activation updates with headquarters.
- Share weekly updates with the Marketing team on the internal publication of new assets and launch materials.
- Create retail communications to share with internal teams two weeks prior to new launches and compile quarterly sales presentations.
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department and assist with internal and external marketing presentations.
- University degree in Marketing or a related field, preferably with experience in luxury goods retail or FMCG.
- Inherent interest in the Beauty industry.
- Availability for a 1-year internship.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Beginner level experience in Marketing or a related field, preferably within the luxury goods or FMCG sectors.
University degree in Marketing or a related field.
