LVMH Fragrance Brands Fragrance Development Marketing Assistant Internship

- Assist in the development of marketing plans for 2026, 2027, and 2028 for various fragrance lines.
- Participate in the conceptualization, positioning, and coordination of new product launches with creative studios, packaging development, R&D, digital, and merchandising teams.
- Contribute to the strategic creation of 360-degree launch plans, including communication, point-of-sale materials, publications, press, training, and in-store animations.
- Conduct market studies and competitive analysis, including quantitative and qualitative assessments, tracking competitor launches and trends.
- Support the preparation of internal and external events, including major international gatherings.
- Provide operational support to Product Managers.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, Master's in Marketing, or equivalent university program.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Curiosity and passion for the fragrance industry.
- Enthusiasm, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and challenge-oriented.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Monthly stipend ranging from €1,300 to €1,400, depending on academic progress.
Interns receive six paid leave days, access to the corporate restaurant, and the potential for a recommendation to apply for internal positions or the International Program, GLOW. Opportunities include participation in integration seminars, networking events, and professional development workshops, with mentorship from a senior buddy.
