1. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Givenchy brand ethos, evolution, and artistic direction.
2. Achieve all retail sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) including average transaction value, average transaction units, seated services, VIP clients, and return appointments.
3. Implement traffic-stopping techniques daily to drive sales.
4. Provide the highest level of customer service in the application and use of all Givenchy products.
5. Adhere to merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards consistently.
6. Support major sales and marketing activities both in-store and externally.
7. Assist the Account Manager and Area Manager in the efficient operation of the account.
8. Comply with company and store standards, rules, and regulations at all times.

1. Previous experience in the retail sector of the fragrance industry is preferred.
2. A passion for fragrance is essential.

3. Competent makeup application skills.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Beginner level experience in the retail sector, preferably within the fragrance industry.
