1. Comprehend and embody the Givenchy brand ethos, evolution, and artistic direction.
2. Achieve all retail sales targets and key performance indicators, including average transaction value, average transaction units, and customer engagement metrics.
3. Execute traffic-stopping techniques daily to drive sales.
4. Provide exemplary customer service in the application and use of Givenchy products.
5. Adhere to merchandising guidelines and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
6. Support major sales and marketing activities both in-store and externally.
7. Assist the Account Manager and Area Manager in the efficient operation of the account.
8. Comply with company and store standards, rules, and regulations at all times.

1. Previous experience within the retail sector of the fragrance industry is preferred.
2. A passion for fragrance is essential.
