1. Achieve brand sales targets across all product categories.
2. Proactively sell and increase average transaction value and items per transaction.
3. Demonstrate products and explain their benefits confidently to clients.
4. Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through storytelling and exceptional customer service.
5. Approach guests and build genuine connections.
6. Stay updated with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
7. Maintain store standards including stock management and visual merchandising.
8. Serve as a Givenchy Ambassador with a positive attitude and impeccable grooming standards.
9. Work flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
10. Build effective in-store relationships.
11. Drive business through return appointments and in-store events.

1. Previous experience as a Manager is essential.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the fragrance or luxury retail industry.
