- Drive sales performance to achieve targets, particularly during key business periods, through daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reporting to management.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand's sales ceremony and internal PRIDE recommendations.
- Implement and enforce merchandising guidelines for Givenchy and Kenzo brands.
- Organize and execute in-store animations and ensure effective allocation of resources for promotional activities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and manage visits from top management at the store.
- Lead and manage both permanent and temporary sales teams, fostering communication and alignment with brand strategies.
- Monitor team objectives, manage scheduling, and anticipate staffing needs for promotional events.
- Facilitate team development through training modules and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with HR.
- Delegate responsibilities while ensuring performance and excellence in store operations.
- Recruit and manage succession planning within the team in coordination with HR.
- Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions with HR support.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and propose strategies to enhance sales and operational standards.
- Organize regular meetings with store management to ensure adherence to brand policies and standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the fragrance industry.
- Proven ability to motivate and unify teams towards common goals.
- Customer-oriented with strong sales and service skills.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and analyzing business KPIs.
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with team and corporate stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Givenchy and Kenzo products and brand values.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
