- Drive sales performance by actively contributing to achieving sales targets, with daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reporting to management.
- Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with the brand's sales ceremony and internal PRIDE recommendations.
- Implement and uphold the merchandising guidelines of Givenchy and Kenzo.
- Execute and oversee promotional activities and animations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and manage top management visits to the store.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including permanent and temporary staff, ensuring effective communication of brand strategies.
- Monitor and follow up on team objectives, manage scheduling, and anticipate staffing needs for promotions.
- Facilitate team development through training modules and identify development areas for coaching.
- Delegate effectively while ensuring store performance and excellence.
- Recruit and plan succession within the team in collaboration with HR.
- Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions with HR support.
- Analyze and report brand performance data regularly, proposing initiatives to boost sales and implement corrective actions.
- Organize regular meetings with store management to ensure adherence to brand and store policies and standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the fragrance industry.
- Proficiency in team management fundamentals, including motivation, team development, and conflict resolution.
- Customer-oriented with strong sales and customer service skills, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Ability to prioritize and analyze business KPIs.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on improving results.
- Clear and effective communication skills with team members and various stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Givenchy and Kenzo products and values.
A minimum of 5 years in management roles, ideally within the fragrance sector.
