LVMH Fragrance Brands Finance Business Partner

- Ensure accurate and comprehensive oversight of the P&L for two major brands.
- Lead and organize forecasting activities, collaborating closely with commercial and marketing teams.
- Analyze and project costs, margins, and overall profitability.
- Maintain a monthly rolling forecast to provide up-to-date financial insights.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and deliver insights linking financial reports to business strategies.
- Provide effective commercial procedures or initiate changes to meet key operational, commercial, and financial targets.
- Report directly to the CFO and engage daily with the Brand Director and LatAm regional leadership.
- Present financial results and insights periodically to regional leadership.
- Utilize advanced Excel tools, including Power BI, to create robust financial models and dashboards.
- Degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years in roles such as Controller, Planning Analyst, or Finance Partner.
- Proven experience in financial controlling, ideally managing multiple brands or business units.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Excel skills with expertise in Power BI or similar tools.
- Strategic mindset with a detail-oriented approach to financial analysis.
- High analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Minimum of 3 years in financial controlling roles, managing multiple brands or business units.
Degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
