- Act as a brand ambassador, leading and guiding the team to achieve set objectives.
- Manage the designated area and points of sale to enhance sell-out and increase market share.
- Transmit brand values at points of sale and improve brand image through merchandising and location enhancements.
- Oversee the placement of point-of-sale materials, ensuring timely and proper setup.
- Manage tester orders for each store according to its potential.
- Report on stock levels, sales analysis, and competition, adhering to the established schedule.
- Plan visit calendars and routes based on the potential of each point of sale.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve brand objectives in line with the annual retailer plan.
- Monitor and report on the fulfillment of commercial agreements.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of product benefits and features to effectively present them at points of sale.
- Conduct product training sessions to enhance engagement with the brand and improve the consumer experience.
- Support product sales during promotions to meet sales targets.
- Define and negotiate commercial conditions approved by the Regional Key Account Manager for local clients in Northern Spain.
- Coordinate commercial and activation plans for assigned clients.
- Receive orders and monitor stock levels.
- Analyze and track Sell In and Sell Out for assigned clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Vocational Training in Sales and Commercial Spaces Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service, with experience managing retail teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- B2 level English proficiency.
- Availability to travel and a valid driver's license.
- Leadership and team management.
- Results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous.
A minimum of 5 years in sales and customer service, with experience in retail team management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent vocational training.
