- Act as a brand ambassador, leading and guiding the team to achieve set objectives.
- Manage and optimize the designated area and points of sale to enhance market share.
- Convey brand values at points of sale and improve brand image through effective merchandising.
- Oversee point-of-sale materials, ensuring timely and correct placement.
- Manage tester orders according to store potential.
- Report stock levels, analyze sales and competition, and update internal platforms as required.
- Plan visit schedules based on the potential of each point of sale.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve brand objectives in line with annual retailer plans.
- Monitor and report on the fulfillment of commercial agreements.
- Possess deep knowledge of brand products to effectively present them and engage retail teams.
- Conduct product training to increase brand engagement and enhance consumer experience.
- Support product sales to meet promotional sales targets.
- Define and negotiate commercial terms approved by the Regional Key Account Manager for local clients in Northern Spain.
- Coordinate commercial and activation plans for assigned clients.
- Receive orders and monitor stock levels.
- Analyze and track Sell In and Sell Out for assigned clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent in Sales and Commercial Spaces Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English (B2 level).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous.
A minimum of 5 years in sales and customer service with experience in retail team management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
