LVMH Fragrance Brands Export Sales Coordinator

- Assist one or more Export Zone Managers in the administrative and commercial follow-up of their zones.
- Optimize the reliability of information transmitted to clients and ensure high-quality service.
- Act as an effective liaison between the Export department and other departments of Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums.
- Manage, verify, and track customer orders, including finished products and promotional materials.
- Coordinate marketing plans and manage quota-restricted references with markets and Area Managers.
- Collaborate with marketing and Area Managers to ensure market forecasts are coherent and relevant.
- Address all client requests with qualitative responses.
- Communicate new data to clients, including price changes and product availability.
- Handle re-invoicing, credits, and outstanding payments.
- Update and track internal reports, sales follow-ups, and market feedback.
- Monitor expenses, record invoices, and track payments.
- Support the Area Manager during travels by transmitting necessary information.
- Participate in the administrative management of the department, including travel dossier preparation and market information updates.
- Degree in International Commerce or related field.
- Experience in Sales Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Autonomous, meticulous, organized, and approachable.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent listening skills.
- Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
Entry-level experience in sales administration or a related field is preferred.
Degree in International Commerce or a related field.
Flexible working arrangements with up to two days of remote work per week.
