- Assist the E-Retail Manager in developing a comprehensive 360° action plan for Kenzo and Givenchy in the Benelux market.
- Optimize brand spaces on e-retail platforms by updating merchandising catalogs and ensuring alignment with marketing plans.
- Conduct weekly site checks to identify and rectify bugs, and implement optimization strategies.
- Analyze competitor best practices to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare website materials, including descriptions and translations, to enhance visibility and sales conversion.
- Drive e-trade plans to achieve significant sales growth and analyze results for continuous improvement.
- Create e-newsletters and participate in social media campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Contribute to trade activity reports and influencer content creation.
- Summarize competitor best practices and assist in strategic launch preparations.
- Support the team with logistics and other projects during peak periods.
- Graduate-level education in business, marketing, or communication.
- Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
- Experience in e-retail is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Digital savvy with a strong analytical and synthesis mindset.
- Creative and innovative with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask with both operational and strategic vision.
- Team player with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
Beginner-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have some exposure to e-retail.
Graduate-level education in business, marketing, or communication.
