- Lead the digital strategy for e-retail and CRM channels, focusing on growth, consumer loyalty, and personalized brand experiences.
- Act as a liaison between Marketing, Commercial, and Media teams to ensure a consistent, data-driven omnichannel experience aligned with brand objectives.
- Forecast digital sales and performance, implementing corrective actions when targets are unmet.
- Develop and execute e-retail strategies for each brand and retailer, ensuring brand execution and alignment.
- Maintain an aspirational digital presence consistent with each brand's identity.
- Oversee content, user experience, pricing, and promotions across retailer websites.
- Engage with retailers through regular visits, performance reviews, and relationship building.
- Analyze competitors' digital presence and marketing campaigns to establish best practices for e-retail and CRM.
- Create and execute a monthly CRM calendar in line with brand guidelines, covering product launches and activations.
- Manage CRM campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including asset creation, translation, and audience targeting.
- Design and implement CRM strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and repurchase.
- Manage and animate newsletters, including content creation and scheduling.
- Contribute to the Customer Conversion strategy in partnership with POS teams.
- Segment audiences and develop personalized consumer journeys based on behavior and preferences.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the BCS team and CRM-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with Media and E-Retail teams to integrate drive-to-retail, retargeting, and loyalty campaigns.
- Monitor key CRM KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, communication, or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience with e-commerce and retailer platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing e-retail strategies across multiple retailers and brands, with a strong background in CRM strategy and consumer segmentation. Experience in beauty, luxury, or omnichannel environments is essential.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, communication, or related fields.
