- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to align with brand objectives, maximizing sales and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize the brand's website and search advertisements to enhance online presence and sales.
- Identify and spearhead new e-business opportunities in collaboration with global headquarters.
- Plan and execute monthly e-commerce initiatives for each channel to drive revenue and brand presence.
- Monitor and adjust promotional activities to meet annual online sales targets.
- Coordinate with product and logistics teams for local set, promotion, and stock management.
- Communicate effectively with mall management, internal stakeholders, and online agencies for promotions and advertisements.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data to increase market share and develop actionable plans.
- Create seasonal events and live stream programs to engage customers.
- Manage brand visuals in accordance with marketing plans and guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to convert digital campaigns into e-commerce success.
- Drive initiatives to enhance advertising effectiveness and evaluate performance metrics.
- Work closely with marketing on e-merchandising to meet consumer needs.
- Design efficient digital customer journeys and ensure optimal digital customer experiences, including e-merchandising and website categorization.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mid-sized eCommerce businesses, both direct and indirect channels.
- Proven sales-driven and proactive attitude with a passion for the brand and cosmetics industry.
- Effective communication skills in Korean and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on both direct and indirect channels.
University degree in a relevant field.
