LVMH Fragrance Brands E-commerce Project Assistant

- Participate in and oversee the management of the e-commerce site animation plan.
- Implement special operations and key promotional events.
- Create and monitor promotional offers.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of digital projects.
- Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
- Update and maintain the Givenchybeauty.com sites across France and Europe.
- Manage product offerings and ensure adherence to e-merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on E-shop improvement projects.
- Create content using Photoshop for home pages, activations, and e-service pushes.
- Monitor e-commerce activities, including stock management and online listings.
- Report bugs and requests using the Jira project management tool.
- Analyze site KPIs to develop acceleration plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to evaluate action impacts on user experience, customer journey, and conversions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent university qualification.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, including internships and apprenticeships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a culture of Test & Learn.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Initial experience in e-commerce, including internships and apprenticeships, is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent university qualification.
