- Contribute to the development and presentation of monthly E-Commerce animation plans.
- Assist in defining gifting and sampling strategies.
- Implement special operations and key events.
- Participate in the creation of mock-ups for Home Page animations.
- Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
- Update Givenchybeauty.com sites, managing product launches and catalog updates.
- Handle E-merchandising based on implementations and performance metrics.
- Engage in UX/UI discussions and monitor technical site performance, addressing bugs.
- Support digital project implementation and tracking.
- Coordinate E-Commerce activities with support services, including stock monitoring and online listings.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams.
- Analyze KPIs and activations to formulate action plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports evaluating the impact of actions on user experience and customer journey.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or University, specializing in Digital Marketing/E-Commerce.
- Ideally, previous experience in E-Commerce.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and basic Photoshop skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a creative mindset.
- Motivated by data analysis and impact assessment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of analytical tools like Google Analytics.
- Fluency in French and English.
Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in E-Commerce, though this is not mandatory.
Pursuing a degree in Business or a related field, with a focus on Digital Marketing or E-Commerce.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
The internship offers six paid leave days, access to a corporate restaurant, and the potential for a recommendation for internal job applications or selection for the International Graduate Program, GLOW.
