- Support the definition and execution of the local E-Retail strategy in alignment with global directives, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Trade Marketing departments.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth in the E-Retail sector.
- Oversee online product merchandising, ensuring accurate product descriptions and pricing.
- Analyze web traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for sales performance improvement; generate reports on e-business sales performance and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with headquarters to align ecommerce plans with local strategies.
- Manage forecasting, logistics, and invoicing for orders and promotional items.
- Ensure brand consistency across various digital channels.
- Implement and optimize local CRM strategies in accordance with headquarters' guidelines to enhance customer engagement.
- Generate reports to monitor CRM initiatives' effectiveness and analyze CRM data to inform future sales strategies.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a similar role involving CRM systems management and/or coordination of e-retail activities.
- Experience in the luxury or beauty industries is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in creating detailed reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and SAP.
- Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI is beneficial.
- Technical skills related to website functionality (HTML) are advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role involving CRM systems management and/or coordination of e-retail activities.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
