LVMH Fragrance Brands Director of Marketing for Fragrance and Brand Events

- Develop and recommend a three-year marketing plan for new product launches, existing products, and product line extensions.
- Ensure brand consistency across product lines, animations, communication, and training while managing product budgets for profitability.
- Elevate the premium fragrance strategy in retail alignment with couture renewal.
- Enhance and accelerate the Brand Event strategy.
- Design and implement brand animations aligned with key calendar events.
- Develop and oversee assortments and gift sets for major commercial periods.
- Strategically position the brand across key markets and retailers.
- Supervise a team of 20, including Group Leaders, Product Managers, Evaluation Managers, and interns, providing strategic vision and motivation.
- Manage and develop the team through feedback, performance tracking, skill development, and career management in collaboration with HR.
- Analyze event and promotional campaign performance, adjust strategies based on results and market feedback, and report regularly to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or equivalent university education.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in product development within the fragrance industry, preferably with international exposure.

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and social media.

- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 10 years in product development within the fragrance or high-perfumery industry, with international experience considered advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or equivalent.
