- Administer the Back Office in collaboration with the application editor.
- Develop digital training content, including modules and communications, in partnership with the relevant Project Manager.
- Create non-digital training tools, such as presentations for in-person training sessions.
- Manage the translation process for training materials.
- Collaborate on the development of new application features.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent with a specialization in digital fields.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in graphic design and presentation tools (PPT, Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong interest in digital development and project management (including schedule tracking and database management).
- Organized and structured approach to project management.
- Sensitivity to the luxury fashion and beauty sector.
- Proactive and dynamic personality.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent with a specialization in digital fields.
The position offers a hybrid working model with one day of remote work per week after three months, subject to managerial approval. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, candidates may receive a recommendation to apply for internal positions and potentially be selected for the International Program, GLOW.
