Digital Learning Assistant Intern

1. Assist in managing the learner database for beauty advisors and animators.
2. Conduct community management for learners through emailing and push notifications on the training app.
3. Support the preparation and reporting of digital learning competitions for the second semester of 2024.
4. Manage customer service for gift routing related to competitions.
5. Assist in the pedagogical design of training materials for retail points and animators.
6. Support the implementation of training reporting.
7. Help organize training events such as roadshows and seminars.
8. Assist with the logistics of customer surveys.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent (Bac +4/5 level) with a focus on communication or digital.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Interest in digital learning and pedagogy.
3. Enthusiastic, creative, with a strong sensitivity to the luxury sector and the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
4. Organized, committed, rigorous, and team-oriented.

Beginner

Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent (Bac +4/5 level) with a focus on communication or digital.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
