- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns across various channels, utilizing and evolving existing media dashboards.
- Analyze key metrics related to social media engagement and content reach, providing regular reports that summarize campaign results and suggest areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Beauty Media team to enhance results and leverage best practices.
- Track website traffic using analytical tools to understand visitor behavior, utilizing the cross-LVMH E-commerce dashboard.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve web page conversion rates.
- Provide insights into e-commerce customer journeys, identifying opportunities to enhance online experiences.
- Assist markets in adopting key metrics beyond the headquarters, synthesizing data from disparate sources into coherent insights.
- Develop clear visualizations that translate complex data into understandable formats for stakeholders at various levels.
- Prepare presentations that communicate analytical results related to media performance and web usage statistics.
- Provide training on digital analytics and best practices as needed, promoting a culture of innovation and identifying new growth channel opportunities.
- Strong foundational knowledge of digital media platforms and SEO/SEM principles.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and understanding of tracking technologies (e.g., pixels, cookies).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify key insights from large data sets.
