1. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and service KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
2. Continuously evaluate counter performance, developing and implementing action plans to enhance results and drive sales across all channels.
3. Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
4. Gather and report market and competition trends, identifying opportunities for commercial development.
5. Provide weekly performance reports to the Department Store & Retail Performance Coordinator.
6. Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are applied to the highest standard.
7. Manage relationships with retailers and report any issues to the Retail Manager.

1. Strong retail experience in the luxury and/or beauty industry.
2. Previous experience in stock management and related procedures is advantageous.
3. Make-up artist certification is a plus.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory.

1. Leadership and managerial skills with a trustworthy and honest approach.
2. Ability to assess and improve retail performance.
3. Strong communication and reporting skills.
4. Proficiency in visual merchandising.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury and/or beauty retail industry is required.
