LVMH Fragrance Brands Counter Coordinator

- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and service KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Continuously evaluate counter performance, developing and implementing action plans to enhance results and drive sales across all channels.
- Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
- Gather and report market and competition trends, identifying opportunities for commercial development.
- Provide weekly performance reports to the Department Store & Retail Performance Coordinator.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are applied to the highest standard.
- Manage relationships with retailers and report any issues to the Retail Manager.
- Strong retail experience in the luxury and/or beauty industry.
- Previous experience in stock management and related procedures is advantageous.
- Make-up artist certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Leadership and managerial skills with a trustworthy and honest approach.
- Ability to assess and improve retail performance.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury and/or beauty retail industry is required.
