1. Assist the Cosmetics Buyer in daily tasks.
2. Enter purchase orders into the ERP system (SAP).
3. Manage the administrative follow-up of orders, contracts, and deliveries.
4. Verify the accuracy of order information including quantities, prices, delivery times, and conditions.
5. Submit orders for validation by the buyer or purchasing manager.
6. Process order modifications regarding quantities, deadlines, and specifications.
7. Monitor the status changes of items in SAP.

1. Bachelor's degree in management, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in SAP is essential.
2. Understanding of purchasing processes.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Attention to detail and dynamism.
5. Organizational and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external supply chain stakeholders.
6. Customer service orientation and team spirit.
7. Curiosity and open-mindedness.
8. Autonomy, proactivity, and anticipation skills.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in management, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
