- Manage cross-functional projects, including tracking and implementing strategies identified by buyers in the Value Analysis and Security Plan, and updating the new entrant purchasing book.
- Conduct purchasing data analysis and prepare Supplier Business Reviews.
- Participate in launch projects by supporting buyers in the tender process for the Fragrance or Cosmetics sectors, including consultation, analysis, negotiation, supplier selection recommendations, project allocation, and follow-up.
- Monitor and report on Social and Environmental Audits as part of CSR initiatives.
- Enrollment in an Engineering or Business School program, ideally supplemented by a specialized Master's in Purchasing (e.g., MAI).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Meticulousness, dynamism, and analytical mindset.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external supply chain stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, autonomy, proactivity, and anticipation skills.
- Willingness to travel between sites and to suppliers.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business, with a focus on Purchasing preferred.
