LVMH Fragrance Brands Continuous Improvement Engineer Apprentice

- Participate in the deployment and monitoring of operational standards audits in coordination with various departments.
- Support the launch and management of continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S), including team training, action plan deployment, and results tracking.
- Contribute to enhancing production line performance through data analysis, field observation, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Assist in standardizing and updating work instructions in collaboration with operational teams.
- Support the digitalization of certain management processes (safety, quality, performance) using internal tools.
- Help structure performance tracking tools (management visuals, indicators, routines) for production teams.
- Propose improvements to existing processes and develop simple, visual, and effective tools.
- Possession of a BAC +2 or +3 in technical fields, with an apprenticeship background being advantageous.
- Enrollment in an engineering apprenticeship program.
- Interest in technical and industrial domains.
- Respect for safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Creativity and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Rigor, proactivity, solution orientation, and agility.
- Commitment to excellence in all projects.
- Collective animation around specific themes.
- Use of structured problem-solving tools (5P, 6M).
- Project tracking.
- Implementation of indicators on PowerBi.
- Presentation of implemented tools and achieved gains in Steering Committees.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
BAC +2 or +3 in technical fields, pursuing an engineering apprenticeship.
